Alloy Mechanical Contracting is seeking a qualified, motivated and safety-driven Plumbing Site Foreperson to join our company. We are a small company with lots of opportunity for you to grow with us.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead crews on commercial and/or residential projects
Oversee installation of plumbing, gas and hydronic systems
Coordinate schedules, materials and workflow to meet project deadlines
Ensure all work meets code, safety standards and company quality expectations
Train, mentor and support Apprentices and Journeyman
Extensive knowledge of plumbing, gas codes and piping above and below grade
Extensive knowledge on how to read and interpret drawings
Ability to complete interference drawings
Layout of systems based off of architectural and mechanical drawings
Manage mechanical subtrades
Personal Skills:
Solid leadership skills and ability to supervise crews
Communicate effectively to upper management, general contractors and subtrades
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Reliable, professional and committed to high-quality workmanship
Ability to read blueprints and work independently
Valid driver’s license
Willing and able to work overtime if needed
Willing and able to work weekends if needed
