Primary Duties/Responsibilities
Contribute to producing quality food products for off-site events, catering events
Having ownership and accountability for food preparation and production
Ensure consistency of product for all guests by way of portion control standards set by the Executive Chef
Maintain a positive attitude when working with the full kitchen team
Follow safe food handling techniques and ensure a clean and organized station





Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in a similar and relevant role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a robust sense of urgency
Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Possesses strong organizational skills
Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow
Food Handler’s Certification (preferred but not required)
Diver’s license (preferred but not required)
