Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast menu items with consistency and quality.
Assist with lunch service as required.
Ensure all dishes are plated with excellent presentation and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Help maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications
Previous breakfast cooking experience is required.




Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation, including eggs, omelettes, pancakes, French toast, and other breakfast classics.
Excellent food presentation and plating skills are essential.
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
