Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Insulator Installers to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in residential buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort for clients. This position offers an exciting chance to develop hands-on skills in construction.

Responsibilities
Measure and cut insulation materials accurately
Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and other designated areas following safety standards and project guidelines
Use caulking techniques to seal gaps and ensure insulation effectiveness
Operate hand tools such as knives, saws, drills, and staplers to facilitate installation processes
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols

Experience




Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly preferred
Knowledge of caulking techniques and proper use of hand tools
Experience with insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or mineral wool is a plus
Robust attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude are vital for success in this role

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
