We are a growing company and excited to be in one of the most spectacular restaurant locations on Vancouver Island. We are an upscale casual restaurant that focuses on seafood with a hint of Asain influence. Our culinary team offers the highest quality ingredients with thoughtfully created menu items which guests keep coming back for!

The Role:

We are looking for a dishwasher (or Sanitation Engineers in our business) to join our energetic and world class culinary team. Our successful team member will be able to support the kitchen in all areas, with opportunities to grow in the culinary world.

What You’ll do:
Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and prep foods as required.
Keeping the dish area free of clutter and organized
Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions




Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift
Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
Unloading and storing deliveries
Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.

Possesses a warm and welcoming personality, is friendly and outgoing, demonstrating a positive attitude and energy at all times
Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Entry-level applicants welcome (previous experience is an asset)
