Overview
Mr. Pretzels is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, loves social media, and can bring fresh, engaging ideas to life while supporting our franchise network.

You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving traffic to our locations, and keeping Mr. Pretzels relevant, fun, and top-of-mind for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Mr. Pretzels’ social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), ensuring content is fun, engaging, and on-trend
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across all locations
Work closely with our content creator to develop trendy, high-quality content that reflects the brand
Stay on top of social media and food trends to keep the brand current and competitive
Communicate regularly with franchisees to support local marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency
Coordinate with landlords and shopping centres on marketing opportunities, events, and activations
Support SEO efforts and manage our presence on Google (Google Business Profiles, reviews, updates)
Assist in graphic design for in-store signage, promotions, and digital content




Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results
Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms and locations

What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement (especially TikTok & Instagram)
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fun, viral-worthy ideas
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar)
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Business, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with franchisees, partners, and internal teams
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Passion for food, retail, and fast-paced environments

Pay: $36,675.61-$60,000.00 per year
