We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team for a brand current luxury banquet hall. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment
Follow food safety procedures to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and dishes
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Collaborate with other kitchen staff to meet service timelines and uphold restaurant standards

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during service hours
Prior experience in serving or working in a restaurant environment is a plus
