Our core business is floor refinishing, but sales experience in roofing, flooring, siding, or general renovation is equally valuable here.

You'll work exclusively with pre-qualified leads - no cold calling required. Each rep can expect about 60 pre-screened leads per month, with roughly half converting into booked in-home quotes. In office, you'll measure, price, present, and close, targeting a 50–60% close rate across all appointments. Commissions run $500–$700 per job, with average monthly earnings between $7,500 and $11,000. Top-performing reps move onto our profit-sharing track.

What you'll do:
Run in-home presentations and estimates
Price and close deals using our sales tools
Hand off sold jobs to our vetted contractor teams

Qualifications:
2–3+ years of sales experience in home improvement
Ability to measure, price, and close deals face-to-face
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Working knowledge of CRM and scheduling apps
Robust communication and follow-through
