Duties
Must be experienced in hotel houskeeping and a supervisory role
Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Develop and implement cleaning schedules that maximize efficiency while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Train and motivate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service best practices
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and hotel policies
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment,
ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance
Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and uphold the overall guest experience
Experience
Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within the hospitality industry
Solid knowledge of cleaning procedures, industrial cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with hospitality operations, including guest service protocols and safety regulations
Experience with managing inventories of cleaning supplies and maintaining compliance with health standards
