Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures with enthusiasm and professionalism
Schedule appointments efficiently using electronic health record systems such as Telus CHR Health
Process payments accurately at the front desk
Maintain and update electronic medical records with precision, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and appointment management




Assist with administrative tasks including filing, faxing, scanning documents, and managing office supplies

Qualifications
Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and insurance providers
Proficiency in handling phone systems and managing busy front desk operations
Ability to learn recent software quickly and adapt to evolving healthcare technology standards
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
