The Position
Sales Associate.
We are seeking Full Time Sales Associates to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Compensation
Competitive Wages including Commissions.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Process sales through the P.O.S. system quickly and accurately.
Maintain proper presentation and merchandising of product
Support cleanliness and maintenance of the physical store to create a safe and comfortable work and shopping experience.
Adhere to loss prevention policies to prevent external and internal theft.
Build and maintain relationships with store team, peers, and relevant partners
Drive sales through our Churchills-Crossings Menswear e-commerce and social media platforms
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Strong fashion and styling sense
Able to work well as part of a team in a dynamic workplace
Ability to build rapport with clients
Robust computer skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Responsible and punctual
