As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a company-provided vehicle and deliver packages to homes and businesses while representing Flite with professionalism, friendliness, and a can-do attitude.

What You’ll Do
Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
Deliver packages accurately and on time
Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery scanning
Load and unload packages efficiently
Navigate local delivery routes independently
Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
Provide friendly, professional customer service





Physical Requirements

You must be able to:
Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
Enter and exit the delivery van repeatedly throughout the shift
Walk up and down stairs in all weather conditions
Work up to 10-hour shifts

Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 23 years old
Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License
Eligible to work in Canada
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Previous delivery experience with Amazon

Schedule
9–10 hour shifts
Weekend availability required
Shifts available 7 days per week
