Job Description: Production Foreman Roofer

Hamati Roofing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Foreman Roofer with a minimum of 5 years of experience for full-time employment. Applicants must meet the minimum experience requirements to be considered for this role

Position: Flat Roofing Foreman (Production)

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a roofing crew (typically 3–6 workers) on production projects
Install complete roofing systems (TPO, modified bitumen, BUR, shingles, etc.)
Plan, organize, and execute daily job site activities to meet project timelines
Ensure all work is completed according to specifications, safety regulations, and company quality standards
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper usage of equipment and resources
Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity and workmanship
Conduct site inspections and maintain a clean, safe work workplace
Communicate effectively with project managers regarding progress, challenges, and timelines
Complete daily reports and documentation using mobile software

Skills & Qualifications:




Minimum 5 years of experience in flat/sloped roofing, with leadership experience
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
Proven ability to manage crews and meet production targets
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Intermediate English skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable using mobile apps/software for reporting and communication
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety
Strong leadership and communication skills with a professional attitude
