Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, fostering a positive store atmosphere
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Manage merchandising displays, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting
Provide knowledgeable assistance on product features, especially in technology sales or specialty items
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and explicit communication skills




Maintain accurate cash registers, perform basic math for transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end

Qualifications
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is advantageous
Robust communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and confidently
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising techniques, and retail operations is a plus
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks during peak hours
