We are seeking skilled and motivated Pro Painters to join our agile commercial and industrial team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across , commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Apply paints, stains, primers, and sealers using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute painting projects according to specifications
Perform restoration work on damaged or aged surfaces to restore them to their original condition or improve appearance
Use rigging techniques to access hard-to-reach areas safely during industrial or high-rise projects
Operate hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding equipment while adhering to safety protocols




Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met on time and within scope

Experience
Proven construction experience with a focus on painting or finishing work in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution
Knowledge of construction painting techniques including restoration and industrial applications
Hands-on experience with rigging, carpentry, caulking, and the use of various hand tools and power tools
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects
Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces while following safety guidelines

Pay: $19.64-$34.76 per hour
