one of our client is seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to join their fabrication team. The successful candidate will read blueprints, fit structural steel components, and perform high-quality welding while maintaining safety and production standards.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Fit and assemble structural steel components.
Perform MIG welding on structural steel.
Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Welder/Fitter in a steel fabrication workplace.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong knowledge of MIG welding and fitting techniques.
Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding workplace.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
