At ZANN Dental Lab, we create top-quality dentures and smile makeovers. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-focused Denture Technician to join us on a piecework basis. This role offers flexible schedule and workload, with pay based on the number of pieces completed.

Job Title: Denture Technician
Location: In-person at ZANN Dental Lab
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time/Piecework (willing to discuss)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Denture Technician to independently create complete and partial dentures from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Make complete and partial dentures, plus related dental prosthetics.
Perform all steps: setting teeth, waxing, finishing, polishing, and adjustments.
Work from impressions and models to ensure accuracy and fit.
Follow case notes and instructions for each project.
Maintain high quality, meet deadlines, and keep your workspace clean.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in denture fabrication.
Skilled in both digital and traditional techniques.




Able to work independently with robust attention to detail.
Good time management and ability to adapt to changing workloads.

Compensation:
Willing to discuss pay structure and pay rate with the right candidate based on skills and experience.

Hiring Process:
After initial interview, candidates will have to complete an unpaid mock/test case to assess skills and quality before hiring. (usually about 2 hours)
