Duties
Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in or out using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and hospitality skills
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining detailed records
Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, room charges, and billing details to ensure accuracy




Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and controlling access to the property during overnight hours
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating guest information, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams

Requirements
Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality settings is highly preferred
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a solid plus to serve diverse guest needs effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries professionally
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and hotel management software efficiently
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced setting
