We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Adhere to restaurant policies regarding portion control, presentation, and timing

Skills
Proven experience in food service,



restaurant, or kitchen environments
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices for meal preparation
Attention to detail in both cooking and presentation of dishes
