We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Assistant to join our energetic bakery team. The ideal candidate will support daily bakery operations, assist with food preparation, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and customer service. Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation including mixing, baking, and assembling bakery products
Decorate cakes and pastries using various cake decorating techniques
Package baked goods efficiently and attractively for retail or wholesale sale
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety standards
Support the team in inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring product freshness
Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of products




Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively during daily operations

Experience
Prior experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food preparation workplace is preferred but not required
Skills in cake decorating, food presentation, and baking techniques are highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is a plus
Experience in customer service within the food industry will be beneficial
Kitchen experience involving food preparation, cooking, or packaging is advantageous.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
