Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations with professionalism and courtesy
Manage guest waitlists and seating arrangements to optimize flow and minimize wait times
Handle phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, providing accurate information and reservations as needed
Assist with seating arrangements during busy periods and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Experience
Previous experience in guest services, serving,



or hospitality is highly desirable
Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant procedures is a plus
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
Robust communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential for effective guest interactions
