STEM Plus Youth is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Engineering Tutors to join our growing team. If you enjoy teaching, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation of engineers and innovators, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or currently completing a degree) in Engineering or a related STEM discipline
Graduates or senior undergraduate students from the University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, or McMaster University are strongly preferred
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an asset
Industry or engineering work experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with youth and helping students achieve their academic goals

Responsibilities
Teach engineering and STEM-related subjects to elementary, high school, or introductory university students
Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials
Mentor students in academic enrichment,



engineering competitions, and hands-on projects
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity
Create a supportive, positive, and engaging learning setting
