Duties
Manage incoming emails
Manage utility locates, ordering, sorting, printing
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record keeping. Basic entry.
Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and records.
Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries
Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence

Qualifications




Proven office experience with strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous clerical or administrative experience, preferably in medical or dental offices, is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
Knowledge of filing systems, proofreading practices, and basic bookkeeping procedures
