We're looking for an experienced, dependable, and passionate Line Cook to join the team at Tzatzi-Qui.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in every plate, and thrives as part of a hardworking, supportive team. What You'll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure every dish is prepared consistently, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
Work grill, fryer, and prep stations while maintaining speed and accuracy during service.
Set up and maintain your station for smooth, organized service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage procedures.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure effective service during busy lunch and dinner periods.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Assist with receiving, rotating,



and organizing inventory as needed.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a quick-paced restaurant.
Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and perform well under pressure.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
