Your Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and professionally at the front desk
Welcome current and returning patients with care and attentiveness
Schedule and manage appointments for multiple therapists
Operate POS transactions and handle payment processes
Respond to phone calls, emails,



and online messages efficiently
Educate clients on our services and treatment options
Use clinic software to manage records and schedules
Maintain cleanliness and assist with basic clinic upkeep
Support inventory and supply management
Perform manager-assigned tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and able to manage time well
Able to work independently and take initiative
Clinic customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Familiarity with basic medical terms is an asset
Genuine interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine
Willingness to learn and grow continuously
Creative mindset and problem-solving ability
