We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Assistant Manager for a very busy GTA shop with a strong background in automotive management to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our busy, high-performing facility.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of body shop operations, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control
Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians and staff
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and vendors
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability

Proven experience in automotive or collision repair management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of estimating systems and repair processes
