The ideal candidates enjoy working collaboratively with a team, is a lifelong learner, and takes enormous pride in their work.

Candidates for this position would be expected to:
Frame floors, walls, roofs and decks
Install windows and doors
Install decking
Install stairs
Assemble scaffold
Have a clean drivers abstract, a valid license and vehicle
Provide basic hand tools
