Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate is reliable, effective, and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality




Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly

Skills
Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality preferred but not required
Solid attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but training will be provided

Pay: $19.25-$21.00 per hour
