At Larry's Sandwiches & Sides, we're passionate about making sandwiches and sides the way they should be—fresh, high-quality, and made for everyone.

We bake our own buns, braise our own meats, make our sauces in-house, and take pride in every detail that goes into our food. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with quality ingredients and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about craftsmanship.

Whether you're an experienced baker looking for a steady daytime position or a prep cook who loves being organized and producing great food, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll be doing
Baking fresh sandwich buns daily
Preparing sauces, dressings, and spreads from scratch
Vegetable preparation and knife work
Preparing proteins, soups, and side dishes
Portioning and labeling products
Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen
Working with the team to keep production on schedule
Helping maintain our high standards for quality and consistency

We're looking for someone who:
Has baking or qualified kitchen experience (preferred, but we're willing to train the right person)




Takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality food
Works efficiently while paying attention to detail
Is organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Has a positive attitude and wants to learn

What started as a summer pop-up has grown into one of Dartmouth's favourite sandwich shops. Everything we do is built around quality ingredients, scratch cooking, and creating food people get excited to come back for.
