Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for children.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting that encourages curiosity and independence.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists to support individual needs and developmental progress.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily activities using computer systems.




Manage classroom routines efficiently, including scheduling, transitions, and behavior management.
Lead by example in demonstrating excellent organizational skills, time management, and leadership qualities to support team collaboration.

Experience
Previous experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
Robust communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
Proficiency in technology operation for documentation and classroom management tasks.
Demonstrated ability to manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
