Responsibilities
Load and unload freight by hand or using equipment such as carts/dollies as necessary.
Verify delivery orders, obtain signatures, and document all deliveries accurately.
Communicate proactively with dispatchers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
Must have own vehicle.
Must have cellphone.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper adherence to traffic laws.

Skills




Proven experience driving with a valid driver’s license.
Knowledge of freight handling procedures and logistics operations.
Solid organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with team members and customers.
Physical stamina to lift heavy items.
Knowledge driving within and outside city limits an asset.
