Double A Painting Ltd. located in Victoria, BC is looking for 2 Painters to join its team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities and Duties:
This position includes the preparation and painting of both interiorand exterior surfaces in residential, commercial, multifamilycomplexes and heritage buildings
Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping,sanding, filling and caulking to repair imperfections and prepare various surfaces for the application of coatings
Read and follow the specifications in the work order and follow the direction of your Foreman or Supervisor
Apply paint or other materials using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
Safely use ladders and elevated work platforms to perform the required tasks
Maintain a secure and tidy work area and clean up at the end of each day

Qualifications:

Education: High School education is required

Experience:





Completion of a three to four-year apprenticeship program

Or

2 years of work experience in the trade.

Language: English

Job Location: All over Victoria, depending on contract

Pay: $37.00-$38.50 per hour
