Job Summary

We specialize in high-end residential and commercial tile installations, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail in every project. Our work often takes place in finished or occupied homes, so professionalism, respect, and a strong work ethic are essential to our team.

What You'll Do
Assist tile setters with daily installation tasks — mixing mortar, cutting tile, setting up and cleaning up job sites.
Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently.
Help protect finished spaces and maintain a clean, professional work area.
Support layout, underlayment, and waterproofing preparation.
Work closely with our team to ensure projects run smoothly and exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
Professional and presentable appearance — you’ll often be working in clients’ homes
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn




Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
Must have a minimum of 2 years of tile installation experience. (required)
