Dentist (DDS/DMD) — Associate (Full-Time) | Ottawa

Constitution Dental is seeking a comprehensive, experienced Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD). This role is ideal for a self-motivated, independent clinician who is confident working autonomously and delivering a full scope of dental care.

Position Full-time | In-person | Minimum 2 Saturdays per month required

Responsibilities
Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental treatment
Deliver a full scope of care including restorative, endodontics, extractions (including wisdom teeth), implants, crowns, and dentures
Develop and execute treatment plans independently




Maintain transparent and qualified communication with patients and team members
Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
Valid CPR certification
Strong communication skills and excellent chairside manner
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Proven experience delivering comprehensive dental care across multiple treatment modalities
