We are currently seeking Part-Time ABA Therapists / Instructor Therapists to join our growing team and provide therapy and ongoing support to our in-centre clients in London. As a Therapist, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality ABA services and supporting children in achieving meaningful developmental goals.
Convergency Autism Services is a growing organization dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services in both home-based and centre-based settings. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and certification opportunities for candidates who are current to the ABA field and passionate about supporting children and families.
Responsibilities
Provide specialized ABA therapy for children with autism, including implementing behaviour plans and teaching in natural environments
Implement therapy programs and accurately record data
Collect data and assist with assessments
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or RBA
Provide therapy sessions addressing emotional, behavioural,
or developmental challenges
Ability to provide one to one in-home and centre therapy sessions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (ECE, CYW, Social Work, Behaviour Science & Technology, or equivalent)
Flexibility to work varying schedules and travel between client locations as needed
Proven experience working with children in clinical or educational settings
Compassionate approach with solid communication skills suited for working with children and families
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
