Duties include;
Taking food & drink orders, serving bar/lounge guests
Prepare classic cocktails, mixed drinks, wines & spirits, draft & bottled beer
Maintain a cash float
Ensure all working areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all times; Maintain bar area and glassware throughout the shift, prepare for opening and closing.
Must have Smart Serve Certificate
Must be available for Afternoon, Evenings & Weekend Shifts
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
