A Bread Affair is a certified organic artisan bakery looking for an experienced pastry professional with strong leadership skills to join our team.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching others, and maintaining exceptional standards. For the right person, there is an chance to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities
Coach and mentor team members.
Support production planning.
Lead by example.
Help improve quality and consistency.
Work closely with management on new products and process improvements.

Qualifications
Formal pastry training (required)
Strong experience with laminated dough and viennoiserie
Proven leadership or team coaching experience
Organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions
Available for early mornings and weekends

Schedule




Weekdays starting between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Participation in a rotating schedule of 2:00 a.m. production shifts required on weekends
