SKILLS REQUIRED

- 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in Mainframe Development and Production Support.
- Strong expertise in PL/I, DB2, IMS, and JCL for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise mainframe applications.
- Hands‑on experience with Control‑M, ISPW, HPSM, and JIRA for job scheduling, change management, incident tracking, and release management.
- Experience in application enhancements, defect resolution, maintenance, and production support in mission‑critical environments.
- Solid knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and batch job monitoring, including troubleshooting job failures and performance issues.
