Maintenanceassociatedutiesandresponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

- Maintainstheconditionofthefollowing,butnotlimitedto:flooring,walls,stairways,carpets,lobbyareas,pools,parkinglotandlawnmaintenance.
- Inspectsthebuilding,grounds,andequipment.
- Handlesnecessaryrepairsandmaintenancerequestsinatimelyfashion,includingtheinstallationofequipmentandpartstohotelroomsandbuilding.
- Followslocalandprovincialbuildingcodes.
- Complieswithallcompanysafetyregulations.
- Reportsanyissuestothemaintenancesupervisor.
- Loadsandunloadsequipmentandtoolsintoworkvehiclesifneeded.
- Followswrittenandverbalinstructionsfromthemaintenancemanager.




- Readsandfollowsmanuals,andotherwritteninstructions.
- Movesfurnitureorequipmenttostoragegaragesandhotelrooms.
- Usesequipment,includingpowertools,handtoolsandelectrictools.
- Handlesthephysicaldemandsofthejob,includingstanding,bending,pulling,pushing,climbing,andliftingatleast50pounds.
- Collaborateswithmaintenanceworkers,maintenancesupervisor,andcontractorsincertaincircumstances.

QualificationsandExperience

- Atleastoneyearofbuildingmaintenance,construction,plumbing,orelectricianexperienceisstronglypreferred.
- Acertificationinbuildingmaintenanceisaplus.
- Musthaveadriver’slicenseandacleandrivingrecord.
