Managing a diverse team of Human Resources employees including Generalists, Health and Safety, and Disability Management

- Providing consultation and advice to reporting employees on a wide range of human resource programs, processes, initiatives and labour relations matters (e.g. bargaining, grievance administration, intersection of disability management and labour relations issues); administrative regulations; and, internal policies and procedures
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with reporting staff, managers, bargaining agents, and external contacts, and interacting in a manner that builds trust, credibility, and rapport
- Participating in other duties and special projects as assigned. a degree in Human Resources or a related field;





experience leading and developing a high performing HR team; expertise in Disability Management and Labour Relations; a record of accomplishments which demonstrates effective leadership, team-oriented problem solving and excellent customer service; strong organizational and time management skills; success in building and maintaining strong working relationships

- A CPHR designation would be an asset.
