As the business continues to expand, they're looking for an entrepreneurial finance leader to help build a modern FP&A; function while driving key transformation initiatives across the business. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape how finance supports the organization by improving reporting, strengthening decision-making, implementing new systems, and developing scalable processes that support continued growth.

Partnering with operational leaders to improve business performance.



Enjoy building recent capabilities rather than simply maintaining existing ones. CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar professional designation. Progressive experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, or business transformation.

Experience developing planning, budgeting, reporting, or analytical processes. Hands‑on ERP implementation experience. Strong financial modelling and Power BI (or similar analytics) skills.

Experience supporting project‑based, industrial, or multi‑entity organizations is considered an asset. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a growing organization.
