Vixxo is seeking a full-time Experienced Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes Salinas, CA and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.

Own relationships with customers and inspire loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules.

Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements set by customers, including thorough inspections, timely and accurate maintenance, and complete paperwork.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience servicing equipment,



preferably with proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water.

At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Gets pleasure in coffee tasting as the final step in repairs.

Proficient with smartphones for inventory, scheduling, and other tasks.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
