About the Role
Rhino Property Management is seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part‑time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full‑time role. The successful candidate will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and property improvements across our residential and commercial portfolio while delivering quality workmanship and excellent service.

Requirements

Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade is considered an asset.

Experience with drywall repairs, general carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing repairs.

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively

Valid Class 5 driver?s licence

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Duties

Complete general maintenance and repair work at residential and commercial properties

Perform drywall patching, painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing repairs

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Maintain clean, safe, and well‑presented properties

Operate hand and power tools safely





Assist with seasonal property maintenance and other duties as assigned
