Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Service Coordinator in our Saskatoon Branch. Reporting to the Branch Office Supervisor, the Service Coordinator is vital to our everyday operations and takes full ownership for the service cycle. This role is a temporary, full‑time position.
Responsibilities
Schedule service and warranty calls with the customer.
Accurately complete documents required to process work orders and forward them to the customer and/or sales; conduct follow‑up to completion.
Ensure that amounts billed to customers are correct and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment, including collecting purchase orders or credit card information.
Open and close work orders (including material and equipment sourcing) in a timely manner.
Distribute required paperwork to technicians, parts department, and warehouse personnel.
Dispatch and communicate with technicians for the required information relevant to the job prior to and during the service call cycle.
Regularly review and follow up on work orders and claims to obtain prompt payment.
Review technician time to ensure all time is approved by management and submitted to payroll in a timely manner.
Review all work orders and prepare them for final review by the Branch Office Supervisor, ensuring accuracy in parts, stories, time segments, and highlighting any potential discrepancies.
Process warranty work orders for submission in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Ensure that defective parts are returned to the manufacturer or supplier in a timely manner.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience scheduling and dispatching field service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Superior resourcefulness, integrity, and solid work ethic.
Working knowledge of MS Outlook (including calendar) and Excel.
Robust ability to multi‑task and follow through with defined tasks.
Strong English language skills, required.
Minimum completed education – high school.
Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle.
Must be able to successfully pass pre‑employment screening requirements, including background check.
