This is a 6 month contract role.The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.The Area Manager plans, organizes and directs operational activities to achieve specified cost and profit objectives and ensures all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications, company policy and procedures, standards and customer satisfaction.Now, if you were to come on board as our Area Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:Review and control personnel and supply costs for assigned accounts; ensure these conform tobudget standards and sound operating practicesInspect assigned accounts,



ensure work performed meets company and customer standards for account retentionVisit customers on a regular basis to maintain satisfactory relationshipsAssign cleaning personnel to accounts, implement work schedules and ensure accurate time recordkeeping for each account siteVerify and approve daily and weekly payroll, make adjustments as necessaryHire, promote, transfer and performance manage, under the guidance of the HR Department, all associates in assigned accountsConduct orientation and initial training for new associatesRequisition and maintain necessary equipment and supplies for all accountsTravel extensively to various sites to conduct inspections, deliver supplies and meet with AssociatesProvide daily reports to Operations ManagerResolve day to day issues in each accountReact immediately to any customer complaintAssist site Supervisors and Lead Hands with problemsPromote operational quality standards at all timesPerform cleaning duties at sites when necessaryThink you have what it takes to be our Area Manager ?
