and potential is unlocked.Position DescriptionThe Inventory Resolution Representative is responsible for researching and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing cycle count activities, and maintaining inventory integrity within the facility. This role ensures accurate reporting, supports continuous improvement, and partners with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.What You Will DoDiagnose and repair CNC machines, drives, motors, and tooling malfunctions.Perform machine repairs and non-routine maintenance to ensure uptime.Operate forklifts and personnel lifts safely.Fabricate components and devices from wood, metal, and Plexiglas to improve quality and productivity.Install, adapt, and maintain equipment, including air, grease, and coolant lines, switches, belts, and guards.Conduct plumbing, welding, brazing, soldering, and construction tasks as required.Use hand and power tools for repairs and fabrication.Manage inventory and maintenance records using CMMS systems; identify and order MRO parts.Evaluate, repair, and replace electrical motors and components; wire machines andperform basic PLC maintenance.Install new equipment to meet production needs.Adhere to all safety requirements and maintain a clean,
