Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shop Foreman to lead our repair team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily shop operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining an productive and organized work setting.

Duties
Supervise daily shop activities, including scheduling and assigning tasks to technicians and ordering parts
Oversee the repair, maintenance, and assembly of farm equipment and heavy machinery
Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations
Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment necessary for repairs
Provide technical guidance on complex repairs involving excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial equipment




Review schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Support customer service efforts by communicating repair status and technical insights

Skills
Proven experience working with dealership or agricultural equipment repair
Robust mechanical knowledge across various machinery
Hands-on experience with welding, electrical systems, AC components, and power tools
Ability to read schematics and interpret technical manuals accurately
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Customer service orientation with clear communication skills
Familiarity with automotive repair techniques and maintenance procedures
Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, power tools, and machinery operation

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
