Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing to achieve a high-quality finish
Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to the service team
Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to enhance vehicle appearance
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained




Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or damage during detailing tasks
Assist with additional vehicle preparation tasks as needed, supporting the overall workflow of the service department

Experience
Prior experience in automotive cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous but not mandatory
