Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and effective Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires solid multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
Use POS systems such as Square for order entry and billing
Manage cash handling accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional guest services by engaging with customers professionally and courteously
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Assist in food preparation or service as needed, including light food handling and sanitation practices




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Knowledge of POS systems such as Square is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and responsible alcohol service
Experience with food handling, food preparation, or kitchen operations is advantageous
Hospitality or guest services background is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
