THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you provide retail services to a unique client base—members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). You assist them with regular retail services, dry cleaning, lottery services, self‑serve gas services, postal services, and credit plan applications. You operate Point of Sale systems, the debit/credit machine, and maintain a float. The role also involves responding to customer enquiries, ensuring shelves are stocked and signed, preparing food and beverage orders, and maintaining cleanliness of food service areas.
